Russia scraps law enforcement agreement with Washington Jan 30th 2013, 06:31 MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia said it was ending an agreement with Washington to cooperate on law enforcement and narcotics control, in another sign of the deterioration in ties between the Cold War-era foes since Vladimir Putin returned to the Kremlin last year.
