Venezuela-to-France cocaine bust yields 9 arrests Sep 24th 2013, 00:27, by By FABIOLA SANCHEZ and FRANK BAJAK CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — The smuggling of 1.4 tons of cocaine in 31 suitcases on an Air France flight from Caracas to Paris has led to nine arrests on two continents, and Venezuela's top police official said Monday that he expected more arrests with airline workers suspected.
