Quake jolts southern Japan, felt in Tokyo Sep 4th 2013, 00:49 TOKYO (Reuters) - An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.9 jolted southern Japan on Wednesday, public broadcaster NHK said, with the tremor shaking buildings in the capital, Tokyo.
