Investigators seek cause of Texas blast that killed at least 14 Apr 20th 2013, 00:31 WEST, Texas (Reuters) - Investigators sifted through debris on Friday to determine the cause of a Texas fertilizer plant explosion that obliterated parts of a small town and killed at least 14 people, including volunteer fire-fighters who had raced to the scene in advance to douse a blaze.
