ITV Pays $30M for Controlling Interest in 'Hatfields' Producer Thinkfactory Jun 19th 2013, 21:00 By Tim Molloy NEW YORK (TheWrap.com) - ITV is acquiring a 65 percent controlling stake in Thinkfactory Media, producer of the Emmy award-winning "Hatfields & McCoys," for $30 million. The British company will also have an option to buy the remaining 35 percent of the company, beginning three years from now.
